Bank Collection and Use of Information

Information may also be exchanged with credit bureaus and similar organizations or provided when legally required or permitted.  If we receive legal process demanding release of any information about you, we will generally attempt to notify you before we comply unless we believe we are prohibited from doing so.

We have security measures in place to ensure that any information collected through our website is kept confidential.  If you contact us through email, we will preserve the content of your email, your email address and our responses so that we can more efficiently handle any follow-up questions you may have.  We also do this to meet legal and regulatory requirements.  Since the email system is not secure, unless we have the ability to encrypt our response to you, we will not include any confidential information in our responses to you; we will call you or send a letter via the US Postal Service instead.  You should take care to refrain from including any confidential information in your emails to us as well.
